Self-Pay & Reimbursement:
We are a self-pay practice, which means we do not bill insurance or participate in insurance plans. However, some clients may be able to submit superbills to their insurance provider for reimbursement if speech therapy services are covered under their policy.
A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes all the information your insurance company may need to process an out-of-network claim, such as provider information, diagnosis codes, procedure codes, and the dates and cost of services. Clients who wish to use a superbill are encouraged to contact their insurance company in advance to confirm eligibility for out-of-network reimbursement and to understand their coverage limits.
Steps to use a superbill:
Contact your insurance company before starting therapy to confirm out-of-network reimbursement eligibility.
Attend sessions and pay at the time of service.
Receive a superbill from us (typically provided monthly or upon request).
Submit the superbill to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Keep copies of all submitted documents and insurance correspondence for your records.
The cost of services is based on a per-session rate and may be adjusted on a sliding scale according to financial need, subject to review and provider discretion. For more information, please contact us.
